1. About PracticeKit

PracticeKit is a suite of clinical support tools developed by Aryash Health Limited for Wye Valley Surgery, High Wycombe. It includes TestPlain (patient-friendly blood test explanations) and CARE Navigation (clinical triage decision support). These tools are for use by authorised staff within the practice.

2. Who Can Use This Service

PracticeKit is intended for:

• Authorised staff at Wye Valley Surgery
• Care navigators and reception staff handling patient triage
• GPs and clinicians registered with the General Medical Council

By using PracticeKit, you confirm you are authorised by the practice to use this service.

3. Clinical Responsibility

Important: PracticeKit supports clinical workflow — it does not replace clinical judgement.

• All AI-generated content must be reviewed and approved by a qualified GP before being sent to patients
• Triage outcomes are advisory — clinical context must always be considered
• The reviewing GP retains full clinical responsibility for approved content
• When in doubt, escalate to a clinician

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use PracticeKit only for its intended purpose within the practice
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them
• Enter accurate information
• Follow the GP approval workflow for all patient communications
• Report any errors or concerns to the practice manager

5. Data and Privacy

PracticeKit is designed with data minimisation principles. No NHS numbers, patient surnames, or contact details are stored. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance or updates may temporarily affect access. Critical patient communications should always have backup processes in place.

7. Limitation of Liability

PracticeKit is provided as a support tool. Aryash Health Limited is not liable for clinical decisions made using this service. The reviewing GP and Wye Valley Surgery retain responsibility for patient care and communications.
